Good question I too have trouble cutting wavy glass. Tried 6 times to cut a good 6x9 fron salvage wavy glass all failed. Don't seem to have too much grief with new glass though. I now take my wavy glass to the glass shop. Charges me a couple of bucks a score with no guarantees. He hasn't failed me y...

JRC, looking good. That's a great sink my wife would love to have one one just like it. As far as the Lino you can still get good old fashioned style battle ship Lino. Just type a google search for "battle ship linoleum" might just be the answer to keeping it period.

Ekane, thanks for the reply. I did use circa paint stripper. It seemed to make sence to me being I had only one coat of paint to remove. It never occurred to me that the shellack would be the gold colour I was seeing. Also, It must have been the stripper that gave the shellac a greyish tint. I'll pu...
